Definition

Field, through which you reach the screen to maintain your costing sheets.

Use

For the imputed cost calculation in cost center accounting, you must maintain several objects in sequence.

Here you define the costing sheets, which contain rules on how the imputed costs are to be determined.

Procedure

A costing sheet contains

• base lines
• calculation lines
• totals and sub-totals lines, as needed

These lines use base conditions types and surcharge condition types, which you must have defined previously (in the maintenance menu for the costing sheets under menu option "Goto" or on the maintenance request screen for the imputed costs under the menu option "Details").

You assign the imputed cost objects (cost elements, cost centers or orders to be credited) in the surcharge lines with help of credit account keys.
