Documentation

Definition

Page/column format describes both the page format and the number of columns, column width and column distance and their units of measurement.

Examples

  • Broadsheet format - 6 columns
  • Tabloid format - 7-columns

Supplementary Documentation - SEITE_FSP 0001

Use

During the quantity update in the contract, the system converts an advertising area that refers to a page/column format in the order to the page/column format specified here. This is found in the inclusive requirement in the leading contract item.

Dependencies

The order advertising area is multiplied by the factor specified in the Customizing settings. The page/column format specified here is used as the column format for settlement and the order column format is used as the column format for positioning.

Example

A contract requirement applies to a 7-column and a 5-column booking unit. If you enter the 7-column format here, the system converts the advertising area of 5 columns x 100 mm from a 5-column order into 140 CMM for the contract update.
