Documentation
Use
Select this field in Define Move-In Control Parameters on Contract Level to transfer security deposits for a business partner move-in/out within the supply area. Security deposits can only be transferred if certain criteria are met.

If no security deposits have been transferred during certain move-in/outs, you can deactivate the Create security deposit automatically field manually on the move-in screen.
Dependencies
- This field has priority over the Create security deposit automatically field.
- If the move-in document was created as part of a customer change then the system ignores the entry made in the Define Control Parameters for Move-in at Contract Level activity. In this case, make the appropriate entry in the Define Reasons for Customer Change activity.
- If the move-in document was created as part of a contract change, the system ignores the entry made in the Define Control Parameters for Move-in at Contract Level activity. In this case, make the appropriate entry in the Define Reasons for Contract Change activity.
