Documentation
Definition
The system checks the password rules when new passwords are assigned (by the administrator) or passwords are changed (by the user).
An element of the password rules is the check of whether the password exists in a negative list ("forbidden passwords"). You can use this security policy attribute to define whether a check of this type takes place.
In the case of an administrator assigning a password, if the password is in the negative list, the system displays only a warning; the administrator can choose to continue despite the warning.
