Definition
Activates the enhanced search function for document info records, which provides additional criteria for searching by attributes of original application files.
Use
If you select this checkbox, the following additional selection criteria are available in the document search (transaction CV04n) on the Document Data tab:
- Search for document info records by file name of the original
You can enter the name of an original application file and search for all document info records that this file is assigned to.
- Search for document info records by application assignment
- All Documents with Application: You can have the system find only those document info records that have been assigned at least one original with a specific application (such as JPG, GIF, or PRO).
- All Documents without Application: You can have the system find only those document info records that have not been assigned any originals with a specific application.
- Restrict search results by status of the originals
The system executes the search according to the search criteria you specify. You can use the radio buttons to specify that the system should only find document info records that have not been assigned any originals or that have been assigned originals whose status is checked out or created but not checked in.
