Documentation
This report corrects wrong or missing values in the following attributes:
- DOCUMENT_FORMAT
- IWB_TRANS_STATE
- Also corrects missing file name extensions in XML documents
Description of DOCUMENT_FORMAT:
If the attribute DOCUMENT_FORMAT in XML PHIOs is empty, the report fills the attribute with "XML".
Prerequisites for filling the atttribute are:
- The PHIO to be corrected is in the XML_DCU area.
- The DOCUMENT_FORMAT attribute in the PHIO for correction is empty.
- The 'IWB_CLASS_SRC_FORMAT' LOIO attribute belonging to the correction PHIO must contain the value "XML".
- The correction PHIO class can have only one LOGOBJ reference to a LOIO class, otherwise it cannot be edited (for example, the DEL PHIO class has numerous LOGOBJ references).
Description of IWB_TRANS_STATE (translation-relevant indicator)
This function checks all PHIOs in the selected time window and in the selected PHIO classes for outbound translation references (TRANSL_REF relationships). If a PHIO has an outbound TRANSL_REF relationship, the IWB_TRANS_STATE flag must have the value "1". If it has not, the attribute is set to "1".
Description of "Missing File Name Extensions"
If the file name extension ".XML" is missing from component files of XML objects, the report adds the ".XML" to the file name. The correction is made on the content server and in table IWB7PHF.
Prerequsites for correcting the file name:
- The correction PHIO is in the XML_DCU area.
- The file name in the correction PHIO does not have a file name extension.
- The correction PHIO contains precisely one component file.
- The 'IWB_CLASS_SRC_FORMAT' LOIO attribute belonging to the PHIO to be corrected must contain the value "XML".
- The correction PHIO class can have only one LOGOBJ reference to a LOIO class, otherwise it cannot be edited (for example, the DEL PHIO class has numerous LOGOBJ references)

Use
The document space is required in the Document Finder for building the search mask.
Assign a technical name. The name can be anything.
Dependencies
Important: if you are using a Knowledge Provider document space, make sure that you enter exactly the same name that you entered in the Customizing activity KPro Links (Indexing) . The system uses the identical names to establish the connection.
