Definition
The delta factor is the smoothing factor of the mean absolute deviation (MAD).
The system uses this factor when extrapolating the mean absolute deviation in the forecast.
Procedure
If this parameter is required for the valid forecast model and you have not entered a value for it, then the system uses the default value 0.3 which is defined in the forecast module.
