Definition

This attribute is intended primarily for internal use by SAP.

The attribute is assigned to screens that are intended to serve as a template, but never be executed themselves.

If this attribute is set,

  • The screen cannot be generated or activated, and therefore cannot be executed
  • The screen is omitted from the screen consistency checks in the extended program check (Transactions SLIN and TODO).

If the attribute is set, you can still perform the following checks:

  • Syntax check
  • Consistency check
  • Layout check

It is also still possible to test the screen.
