Definition
The "Fixed font" screen attribute is not supported from Release 4.6A.
In earlier releases, it had the following function:
At runtime, texts are normally displayed in proportional font. If you want to use fixed font instead, you must specify this here. Field texts and output (but not input) templates are then displayed in fixed font.
The fixed font specification works for the whole screen and thus has a greater effect than the display attribute fixed font which which you can assign to each individual screen field (either in the attributes for 1 field or in the field list view 'Display attributes').
