Definition
Length of the medium keyword (number of chars.) which can be assigned to a data element as field name.
A maximum of 20 characters is permitted. A length of 15 characters is recommended.
Note that the entered length is the upper limit for the lengths of all translations of the entered text. The maximum length of the field label therefore should be somewhat longer than the length of the entered text in the original language.
