Definition
This attribute controls how a screen element behaves when the user changes the width of the window. It cannot be set dynamically within the program.
Effect
The attribute applies to tab controls and subsscreens, and then only if the "horizontal resizing" attribute is set.
It specifies to what extent the tab control of subscreen may be narrowed (measured in columns).
