Definition

This attribute controls the naming of columns in a table control.

Effect

Attribute is set

• The table control has a column header line. This means that you can assign a header to each column (apart from the line selection column).
• Each column header is represented by a header field which can be
  
• a text field (field text field) which cannot be changed at runtime
• an output field (template) which only gets its text at runtime
  
• You maintain column header fields on the table control column fields screen.

Attribute is not set

• The table control cannot have column headers.
• If the attribute is reset, the system automatically deletes any existing column header fields.

Usage

As many table controls as possible should have header columns.

Dependencies

Column headers and the pushbutton for configuring appear in the same line of the table control. The existence of this line depends on the attribute "With column headers". If the attribute is reset, the system automatically resets the attribute "Configurability".
