This attributes controls how a screen element behaves when the user changes the window height. You cannot set it dymamically from the program.

Effect

This attribute applies to tab controls and subscreens, and then onlyif you have set the "vertical resizing" attribute.

It specifies to what extent the vertical size of the tab control or subscreen (measured in lines) may be reduced.
