This specification is of significance for step loops.

It describes how often the loop repetition block is repeated directly underneath.

The minimum repetition factor is 2 which is also the standard when creating a step loop.

With a variable step loop (loop type VAR), the repetition factor is adjusted to the current number of lines in the window at runtime.
