Definition

You can display all data records in the selected database table/view, in the BC Set maintenance transaction data record display ("Data Records"), not just the data records which are already in the BC Set. The system must have read all data records from the database, before you put new data records, or individual data record fields, in a BC Set.

Use

You can specify in the BC Set user settings, whether the system reads the table/view database data records automatically, when you select a table/view. You can control this behavior depending on the display/change mode.

By default, the system reads no database data records into the BC Set data records in display mode, and all database data records in change mode.
