Definition

You can download BC Sets from an SAP System into a file, and upload a file into a system. Upload creates BC Sets in the system, and overwrites any existing BC Set with the same name.

Use

You can specify default paths for upload and download, under "General Settings" in the user settings of all BC Set transactions, to upload and download BC Sets to and from central directories.

Example

• Upload path: "C:/upload/bcsets" -> When you try to import a BC Set into the system, it first shows you the files in the path "C:/upload/bcsets" in the local PC which have the extension ".bcs".
• Download path: "C:/download/bcsets" -> When you try to save a BC Set into a local file, the system first displays the path "C:/upload/bcsets" of the local PC. It proposes ".bcs" as the extension of the name of the file in which the BC Set is to be saved.
