You can use the indicator "Invisible Externally" to hide certain text IDs when displaying all the notes.
Use
Set this indicator if the text ID is for internal use only.
Dependencies
This indicator can be considered in particular when printing cases, and for texts that are visible to customers. It is provided by the class CL_SCMG_TEXT_PROF_CUST.
Notes
For internal use, text IDs can be hidden by limiting authorizations.
