Definition
The ID of the case record model specifies which record model is used for the case records (also referenced objects).
Use
In the case record model you can specify the order and permitted types for objects referenced by the case. One case record model is assigned to a case type.
Dependencies
In the registry, the case records model must be entered as an allowed model (connection parameter MODEL-ID) for the element type that is entered in the case type Customizing for handling case records. At this position, you are allowed to enter '*' as a placeholder for all models.
