Definition

The activity for the authorization check defines the various activities that are differentiated by the authorization check.

One activity for the authorization check is assigned to each function of the case if an authorization check has to be run for the function.

Use

The various activities are assigned to the users in your authorization profiles so that only the activities that a user is allowed to perform are assigned..

Dependencies

Example

The activity for the authorization check "DELE" (delete) is assigned to the function button "Delete Case". Only the user who has the activity DELE (or *) assigned to him or her is allowed to use this button.
