Definition
In this field, enter what percentage of the employee's contractual or voluntarily-agreed remuneration should be paid on the basis of special working conditions like nightwork.
The amount entered here can be evaluated, calculated, and generated as an automatic bonus in SAP Time Evaluation and SAP Payroll.
Activities
Enter the desired shift bonus as a percentage of the remuneration.
Example
Nightwork should be paid at 110 percent of the contractual remuneration per hour. The contractual hourly wage is 100.00 DM. The shift bonus of 10 percent is 10.00 DM. The employee gets paid 110.00 DM per hour for nightwork.
Notes
Evaluation and calculation of the shift bonus takes place exclusively in SAP Time Evaluation and SAP Payroll. Make the necessary settings in customizing for these components
