Schema

Definition

A schema defines the content and sequence of a programm flow.
It consists of a list of statements and references to subschemas
or functions. These can be defined more precisely by means of
parameters.
Programs work sequentially, i.e. each of the given schemas is
processed one after another.

Use

Enter an interval here.

Use

This enables you to choose the subschemas that need exploding. It is a good idea to choose specific subschemas like this if you do not want to explode standard schemas, such as those that start with a D.

Restricting the number of schemas to be exploded helps to minimize the length of the resulting data output, thus facilitating a clearer general overview.

Procedure

Examples

You can prevent all of the schemas that start with a D from being exploded by entering D*, CP (contains pattern), and E (exclusive).

Dependencies

The main schema to be processed will, of course, be processed.

Supplementary Documentation - SCHEM 0007

Use

This displays the payroll schema specified in the selected target variant.

Supplementary Documentation - SCHGT 0002

Dependencies

Entry of this indicator is independent of the BOM usage.

Supplementary Documentation - SCHGT 0003

Procedure

Set this indicator if you want the system to select the items from the determined alternative, which are defined as bulk material.

Supplementary Documentation - SCHGT 0010

Use

You use this indicator to display only BOM items that are bulk materials (defined on the Status/Long Text screen of the BOM item.

Procedure

In the BOM explosion, you can use this indicator to restrict the items selected.
This indicator does not interrupt the complete explosion down to the lowest level of the BOM. There are two steps to the explosion:

  • First, the BOM explodes the entire BOM - regardless of the indicators selected to restrict the items. You do not see the result of this explosion on the screen.
  • Second, the system reads the indicators for restricting which items are selected, such as the bulk material indicator.
These indicators work as filters. The explosion result you see on the screen only includes the items that fulfil your selection criteria. In this case, only bulk materials are displayed.

Supplementary Documentation - SCHGT 0040

Use

The setting that you make here for the bulk material indicator is copied to all selected items.

You specify here the minute intervals into which the day is to be divided.

If you specify a large interval, each day's display takes little space. Large intervals are appropriate for calendars with few appointments or for a rough overview.

Short intervals are necessary if a lot of appointments are entered and they should be displayed clearly. This takes more space, however.

Procedure

Examples

If you specify "60", the day is divided into hours. If the calendar is to be displayed or output from 9:00 a.m., full hours are displayed.

If you specify "45" the day is divided into 45 minute intervals, e.g. 8:45, 9:30, 10:15, etc.

Dependencies

Appointments which do not fit exactly into a time interval are displayed in the interval in question with the exact time.

Appointments which lie outside the specified time interval, are displayed nevertheless.

The display attributes only change the current dialog. When the appointments diary is next called, the user parameters apply again.
