Definition
The Search for Candidates feature allows you to restrict a search query to candidates who have particular skills. The search results window displays only those candidates who have all the skills defined in the search query.
Note that the search results also indicate the skill proficiency associated with the first three skills displayed. The skill proficiency reflects the order in which you select the multiple skills when you define the search query. For example, the column Skill Proficiency 1 displays the first skill you select as a search criterion. The column Skill Proficiency 2 displays the second skill you select in the search query, and so on.
