Definition

Specify the data transfer mode. You have the following choices:

  • Pull Data from Remote System: The data that you select is transferred from the remote system to this system.

    Use this option if you are on a satellite development system and want to update the configuration or exemption status on this system from the ATC central system.

  • Push Data to Remote System: The data that you select is transferred to the remote system from this system.

    Use this option if you are on the ATC central system and want to update the configuration or exemption status on a remote development system.

Notes:

  • Your choice applies only to this data transfer or to this transfer job. It is not a permanent setting.
  • You can set up a background job for routine updating of exemption status in satellite development systems. Exemptions changed within the last two weeks are also distributed automatically, if results are published to satellite development systems. Use this function if you need to update exemption status quickly, between regular job runs.
