Definition

The approver is the person has the authority to approve or reject a requested exemption.

Dependencies

An approver must have the authorization to confirm exemptions with respect to the authorization object 'S_Q_GOVERN'. The required authorizations are available in user role SAP_SATC_QE.

Approver user IDs must be entered in the table SATC_CI_APPROVER so that they appear in the input help for approvers. Otherwise, approvers are not selectable in the ATC tools.

Only a system administrator may enter an approver in table SATC_CI_APPROVER.
