This field contains whether buffering is permitted for a table and (if it is allowed) whether it is switched on.
If this field is empty, the table affected is not suitable for buffering. Other possible vales are:
one : Buffering is switched on
(off) : Buffering is possible but not switched on
(cust) : Buffering is switched off, although it is a customizing table (table type APPL2)
