Definition

If you set the SAP XXL Listviewer indicator, you can display the list in MS-Excel or other spreadsheet programs. To use this function, you must install SAPXXL component correctly. When you select this parameter, the >LS>Organization Vector>/> is automatically set to 'XXXX' and data is sorted according to:

• Personnel area
• Personnel subarea
• Employee group
• Employee subgroup

Once the data has been downloaded to your PC, you can determine the control breaks yourself and form totals wherever required.
