Use
If you want to confirm alerts by SMS or Internet mail, you must create an alert user. All inbound mails to the alert system are sent to this alert user. Enter the name of the alert user in inbound processing (transaction SO50). Choose CL_ALERT_CONFIRM_BY_MAIL as exit name there.
