Definition
Specifies whether escalation is to be active for the alert category.
Use
When escalation is active and an alert has not been confirmed by any of its recipients after a tolerance time, the alert is also sent to the escalation recipient.
Activate if required.
Dependencies
If you activate escalation, you must also specify an escalation recipient and a tolerance time (in minutes).
