Definition

The balances of the contract account are displayed in this table.

The following balances can be displayed:

  • Open (all open items)
  • Due (all open and due items)
  • Credit (all credits and uncleared payments on account)
  • Installment plan (all open installment requests)

By selecting a balance, you can navigate to the account balance display. If you select the installment plan balance, and navigate to the account balance display, all the installment plans belonging to that account are displayed. If there is only one installment plan, you spring directly to the transaction for displaying the installment plan.

In Customizing, you can define all of the possible line layout variants offered in the account display. Also, by selecting a field in this table, you can maintain line layout variants used for the account balance display. You must maintain the fields Calling Application and Function for the line layout variants used. For this table, maintain the calling application SAPLFKN4. To maintain the line layout variants used for the balance for installment plans, use the function KONFS. All other balances are displayed using the function STD in the account balance display.

This table is defined in the FI-CA events 3070 and 3071. Event 3070 is responsible for the creation of the table and event 3071 is responsible for the content.
