Definition
Key that determines the transfer strategy for assemblies at goods receipt. You have the following options:
- When creating goods receipts for assemblies, the system ignores any existing version links. This means that only the goods receipts of the finished assemblies are posted.
- When creating goods receipts for assemblies, the system takes version links into consideration. This means that the system also posts the goods issues for the same assembly when reservations for production orders of higher-level materials exist. Here, a differentiation is made between two options:
- the goods receipts are posted automatically, that is you have no control from the screen. The system fulfills the first reservations that it finds with the goods issues.
- the goods issues are posted and the user can control the transaction from the screen. Here, the system also fulfills the first reservations that it finds with the goods receipts; however the user can change the allocation.
