Definition

Here you stipulate how the settlement rules for the billing elements are checked.

The following settings are possible:

" " - No check

The settlement rule is not checked for either consistency or existence.

"1" - Consistency check (if settlement rule exists)

If a settlement rule exists, the system checks whether the values in the fields then chosen are consistent with the billing element and the sales documents chosen. Inconsistencies are reported.

"2" - Consistency and existence check

The system checks whether a settlement rule exists. If there is no settlement rule, the system issues an appropriate message. Settlement rules found are checked as described at "1".
