Definition
Difference in time between the target lead time and the target execution time.
Dependencies
The target lead time is calculated on the operation level from the time period between the scheduled input date (target input at the work center) and the latest scheduled finish of the operation. On the order level the target lead time is calculated from the temporal difference between the scheduled start and the scheduled finish.
The target execution time is calculated from the total target setup, processing, and teardown times.
Use
In the standard of the Shop Floor Information System this key figure is calculated as the mean value when the standard analyses are executed and is updated to the information structures S022-S024.
