Definition

This indicator specifies which delivery category should be processed by the archiving program. During an archiving run, the system can only consider one delivery category:

• Outbound deliveries and returns (SD document types 'J' and 'T')
• Inbound deliveries (SD document type '7')
• Rough goods receipts (SD document type 'G').

Dependencies

• Make sure that the Customizing settings for archiving control are maintained appropriately for the selected delivery category.
  For inbound deliveries and rough goods receipts, you must make an entry with sales organization *, the relevant delivery type, and a residence time of at least 1. If the Customizing settings should be equally valid for all types of inbound deliveries and/or rough goods receipts, you can also enter * for the delivery type.
• Any selection criteria and check options that are not relevant for the selected delivery category, are deactivated.
