Definition

The indicator controls whether the residence time must also be reached for the documents in the document flow of the delivery in order for the delivery to be archivable. The check is carried out on the basis of the creation date of the respective flow document with the residence time that is valid for the respective delivery in Customizing for delivery archiving.

Example

You have agreed in Customizing that a delivery may only be archived after a residence time of 50 days. If the indicator is set, the delivery can only be archived, once, for example, the billing document as a subsequent document of this delivery has also reached a residence time of 50 days.
