Definition
Specifies the total of the missing quantities, that exist for the individual requirements records of a supply segment.
This quantity is usually calculated as follows:
total requirements + minimum stock -
as long as a shortage situation exists.
In exceptional cases, the total missing quantities may also be higher. This is always the case when replenishment elements arrive too late causing temporary shortages.
(Calculation does not take replenishment proposals into account.
