Documentation

Definition

Short name for a planning element in production supply.

A short text is displayed for every short name.

Use

The following planning elements exist:

  • APOReq: dependent requirement from SAP APO
  • APOUsg: dependent requirement from SAP APO. The order has already passed the component, but no subsequent reporting point has been entered yet.
  • APORm: Dependent requirement from SAP APO. The order already passed through the reporting point subsequent to the assembly location. The goods issue has not yet been posted, however.
  • RpRcrd: Reprocessing record. Stock has already been physically removed but for technical reasons (on the posting side) the stock could not yet be reduced.
  • IM Stk: Storage location stock
  • WM Stk: WM bin inventory. Each row is a quant in a fixed storage bin.
  • SumJC: Summarized JIT call
  • RpPrp: Replenishment proposal
  • AR Res: Dependent reservation (created from production order) from the SAP R/3
  • DepReq: Dependent requirement from the ERP system
  • MR Res: Manual reservation from the ERP system
  • TotReq: MRP Total Requirement from the ERP system

The row indicated with an arrow (----->) has a special role concerning issue stock: it does not correspond to a real planning element, but selects the point in the missing parts calculation run at which the issues and receipts have already been totalled and at which the shortage check is made against the minimum stock.

The stock available in the stock issue row should correspond to the physical stock on the production line. This only applies if you are working with requirements from SAP APO.
