Documentation
Definition
Specifies the quantity recorded for a planning element when the stock level falls below the minimum stock level.
The calculation is made irrespective of replenishment proposals.
Missing quantities are only recorded for the calculated physical stock.
Note
Missing quantities are calculated in the supply-to-production table in various ways. Not all fields are shown in the standard system. You can show hidden fields by making the appropriate settings in the layout.
The missing quantity displayed for a planning element consists of a real missing quantity portion and of a portion that is only caused by the stock level falling below the minimum stock level. You can display these quantity portions separately.
The missing quantity calculation is displayed twice: once taking already existing replenishment proposals into account and once without taking the existing replenishment proposals into account. Correspondingly, all the above listed quantities are available for these two versions.
