Definition

Selects the lists of those materials, for which the current plant stock does not suffice without receipts until the specified date.

Use

In the process, in the case of range-of-coverage selections for the collective accessing of the stock/requirements list, a provisionally determined stored range of coverage is applied instead of the exact one for performance reasons.

This provisional range of coverage is determined as follows:

  • If you use a periodic range-of-coverage evaluation, this value is applied if an evaluation from the current day exists.
  • Otherwise the range-of-coverage value after the last planning in the MRP list is used.

Thus the materials can then be selected according to similar criteria as in the case of the collective accessing of the MRP lists.
