Documentation
Definition
Before a quota can be accumulated, a calculation basis (in days) must be established.
This basis corresponds to the maximum entitlement possible within the payroll period.
The valuation basis is calculated in days.
It serves as a basis of comparison for calculating the percentage of special payment entitlement.
Description
Input values
1: Calendar days in the payroll period
The number of calendar days in the current payroll period is used as the basis for calculating the entitlement percentage (in days) for each special payment.
2: Average calendar days
The basis for calculating the entitlement percentage (in days) for each special payment is determined by dividing the number of calendar days in the entitlement period by the number of payroll periods in the entitlement period.
3: Calendar days in tens
The number of calendar days in units of ten is used as the basis for calculating the entitlement percentage (in days) for the special payment in question.
The result is rounded up.
4: No entitlement calculation
Cluster records are not updated.
To calculate the entitlement, the payroll periods are rounded up to full tens.
