Activate CURRENCY/UNIT Checks

For a WRITE statement, this checks whether

• a field with the ABAP Dictionary type CURR (currency amount) is specified without the addition CURRENCY (==> WRITE CURRENCY) or
• a field with the ABAP Dictionary type QUAN (quantity) is specified without the addition UNIT (see WRITE UNIT).
