Short name of an SAP process.
Displays the messages that were output by a particular SAP process or an external task. You can enter the following values here:
DP ---> Gateway
MS or M ---> Message services
ENQ or E ---> Lock management processes
RD or R ---> Gateway processes
MS or M ---> Message server
DIA or DI ---> Work processes for ABAP and screen processing
BTC or B ---> Background processing processes
SPO or SP ---> Spool
S-A or SA ---> Standalone programs such as transport tools
UP1 ---> V1 update process
UP2 ---> V2 update process
WRK or W ---> Work process (only for Microsoft Windows NT porting)
You can make an additional restriction using the process number for selections for DIA, BTC, or SPO. You can find these process numbers using transaction SM51. If you do not enter any restrictions, all found entries for the SAP process are displayed.
