Definition

This symbol stands for the structure of the data of the representative campaign for which the response rates per RFM segment are to be determined. You use this structure to provide the business partners addressed by the representative campaign. The structure contains the fields Marketing Element, Business Partner, and Start Date.

Use

Fill the fields as follows:

  • The field Marketing Element stands for the representative campaign or for the campaign element. If you determine the RFM response rates on the basis of several campaigns or campaign elements simultaneously, then assign a data source that provides the campaign or the campaign element. It is not absolutely necessary to fill this field if only one campaign element is involved.
  • The field Business Partner stands for the customers addressed in the campaign elements used as the basis.
  • The field Start Date contains the start date of the campaign elements used as the basis. This date is applied for reading the RFM segmentation that is valid at each specified start date. Before executing RFM response rate determination, ensure that there are RFM segmentations that are still applicable on the start date in question.
