Documentation
Definition
Determines that the employees selected will not receive a printed remuneration statement when, according to the ESS Settings: Remuneration Statement infotype (0655), they receive it by ESS.
Use
When you set the Check ESS indicator, the remuneration statement is not printed for the employees that have set the ESS - do not print indicator in the ESS Settings: Remuneration Statement infotype (0655). For these employees the forms are only available by ESS or on their check (in Canada and the USA).
If you do not set the Check ESS indicator, then the remuneration statements are printed for all selected employees.
Note
You can use the Business Add-In HRPAY00_ESS_PAYSLIP to change the read date for the infotype or the complete check that determines whether the employee should receive the remuneration statement by ESS only.
