Definition

The following information is stored in a rollup definition:

  • for all sequences
    • sender table
    • receiver table
    • authorization group
    • default values, indicating whether values should be accumulated, blank records inserted or line items written

  • For each reset sequence
    • selection set for the data to be reset
    • selection rule for a further restriction to the data
    • indicator showing which field groups are to be reset

  • For each rollup sequence
    • selection set for the data to be rolled up
    • selection rule for a further restriction to the data
    • rollup ledger to which you want to roll up the data
    • company code or global company receiving the data
    • field grouping code for variable field movements

Note

Any substitutions you may need to perform must be stored in the field grouping codes.
