Definition

Rounding unit for rounding the charge. This is only relevant if a percentage charge is levied.

Example:

The dunning charge is 3 % of the dunning amount, and you want to round the dunning charge to a multiple of 0.50 DM.

Enter rounding unit 0.50.

With a dunning amount of 1254 DM, the dunning charge of

1254 * 3 / 100 = 37.62

(depending on the rounding rule) is rounded to

37.50 DM (rounding to the nearest whole number, rounding down)

38.00 DM (rounding up).
