Definition
If you want to use user statuses in addition to the system statuses provided, you have to create a new user status profile in general status management and assign it to the object category 'TRI' (trial). Alternatively, you can use the user status profile 'TRIAL' provided by SAP.
You then have to assign the user status profile to a task group. You can assign a user status to the tasks of a task group in Customizing. The trial monitor sets this user status for a trial in general status management once the task has been successfully executed.
