Definition
Gives the name of the function module that represents a search method for an information system.
Use
The function module must conform to the interface for search methods. You can use the function group RMXT639 as an example and as a template.

Use
Displays the function module that is assigned to the user exit as an active element.
To define your own function modules, call up the documentation for the relevant reference function module (SE37). Write the new function module in the same way as the reference function module and its interface.
The user exit categories available in user exit management include:
- PHR_QUERY: Phrase search
- SRE_DIST: Report shipping
- SRE_EXPOMN: Report export orders with report transfer
- SRE_IMPORT: Report import
- SRE_SUBSEQ: Subsequent report shipping
- SRS_QUERY: Shipping order search
- SUB_ISOUT: Output in the specification information system
