Documentation
Definition
Specifies that the following quantities are multiplied by 1000 in the transformation:
- Base quantity of the master recipe
- Base quantity of the BOM
- Quantities of the BOM items
Use
You can enter values with up to six decimal places in the formula, but the BOM only allows values with up to three decimal places. By multiplying the quantities by 1000 in the transformation, you retain the accuracy of the values because 1,234567 becomes 1234,567.
Caution:
It is not always a good idea to increase the quantities.
