Definition

Specifies that the system uses the following unit of measure from the material master when it generates the BOM for a BOM item. The system converts values into this unit of measure, if required:

• If an output unit of measure is specified for the material of the BOM item in the material master, the system uses this unit of measure.
• If no output unit of measure is specified for the material of the BOM item in the material master, the system uses the base unit of measure from the material master.
