Definition

Use

You can display data with Microsoft Excel in the Recipe Management information systems. If you want to compare several objects, the formatting profile and case determine how the data is output in the Excel tables. For example, if the system recognizes a case (such as a > b) when comparing values, it outputs the values with the formatting defined for the case and the selected formatting profile in Customizing. The system also creates a key (legend) containing a description of the case and formatting, and displays it under the comparison table.

Dependencies

By default, the possible cases are linked to the coding. This means that you can only specify formatting for these cases.

Example

If a comparison value is greater than the reference value, you can use a certain background color, for example. This color is then used to format the cell containing the comparison value in the Microsoft Excel table.
